Culture and community are about more than events. They are about creating places where people connect, where youth and seniors support one another, and where Scarborough's identity is celebrated with pride. My focus is on expanding community space, supporting youth development, working with churches, mosques, and other community institutions, and relaunching initiatives that remind people just how much Scarborough has to offer.

Community Space & Cultural Identity
- Support a pop culture museum that adds energy, identity, and destination value to Scarborough
- Develop a stronger Tour of Scarborough vision that highlights local attractions, culture, and neighbourhood pride
- Create more community space where residents can gather, learn, and celebrate together
Youth, Learning, and Entrepreneurship
- Expand reading programs for youth and strengthen an after-school homework network
- Encourage youth to become entrepreneurs through mentorship, exposure, and community-based opportunities
- Build programs that help young people grow in confidence, leadership, and practical skills
Intergenerational & Faith Community Partnerships
- Engage churches, mosques, temples, and other community institutions as partners in local programming
- Support initiatives where youth assist seniors and seniors assist youth through shared learning and mentorship
- Relaunch the Scarborough Rocks campaign to celebrate local pride, community spirit, and civic identity
