My focus is on increasing housing supply, supporting a wider range of rental and ownership options, and making sure new growth is well planned. We can build more homes while protecting the character, green spaces, and livability that residents value.

Expanding Affordable Housing
- Advocate for meaningful affordable housing targets in new mid-rise and high-rise development
- Support non-profit and co-operative housing providers with faster, more predictable approvals
- Use community benefits tools to secure more affordable housing options for residents
Streamlining Development Approvals
- Reduce unnecessary red tape in the permit process to help housing get built faster
- Support missing-middle housing such as townhouses, duplexes, and triplexes in appropriate areas
- Work with Toronto Community Housing on repairs, renewal, and revitalization in Ward 21
Protecting Renters
- Advocate for stronger protections for renters facing renovictions and displacement
- Support rental replacement policies that prevent the loss of affordable units
- Expand the reach of the City's tenant support services in Ward 21
